Course Synopsis

This course aims to provide an understanding of how to design, facilitate and report on exercises for crisis, emergency and business continuity management programmes.

This 2 day course comes complete with course slides and Student Workbook that contains exercises to be completed throughout the course and other complimentary resources. The course is based on the BCI Good Practice Guidelines (GPG) and reflects current International Standards in business continuity.

This course is not limited to those involved in “conventional” emergency services, public security or health and safety roles.

Course Facilitator/Trainer

This course shall be delivered by Gary Ng, who has been in the field of emergency preparedness, business continuity and crisis management with almost 2 decades of operational planning, deployment, exercise and execution experience. Gary is currently an Authorised Instructor of the BCI.
