Self-funded individuals and small groups should complete payment via online payment or bank transfer to secure their seats. Provisional bookings may be released if corporate confirmation is not received within 5 working days.
What Happens After Payment?
Depending on your mode of payment, we will reach out to you to gather further participant details. Our response time is as follows:
a) Option “A” payment mode: After payment completion, we will respond within 24 hours.
b) Option “B” payment mode: After funds transfer has been received (do also drop us an email to attach your payment slip), we will respond within 24 hours.
c) Option “C” payment mode: Applicable only for corporate or group (minimum 3 pax) registration, we will reply to your email within 24 hours to follow up. For group registration, we will extend applicable discounts to your team.
Kindly look out for emails from “Finance@infinitycontinuity.com” or “Events@infinitycontinuity.com” within the stipulated timeframe (during business hours) for any follow up queries (they may inadvertently land in your spam folder as well. Hence, do kindly check). Please note that course registration is only confirmed upon full payment of course fees prior to commencement (an e-receipt will be issued to you manually from us).
